1.1 Dot3D Versions

Dot3D is the core DotProduct software application for all 3D capture and editing on iOS,  Android and Windows platforms. Dot3D Pro is supplied with all DPI Kits, and it supports all 3D scanning and editing functionality. Dot3D options include:

         
Dot3D Free:       A free version of Dot3D that is downloadable from the Apple App Store (for iOS) or from our Web Page (link below). Make sure you understand all the limitations of the Free version.  A free 7 day trial of the Pro features is available with the Free version however when the trial is over your software will enter Free mode and you will have significant limitations on what you can do with the scans that you create unless you upgrade to Pro (or Lite) before scanning. 

Dot3D Pro:      Professional 3D scanning and editing on iOS, Android or Windows, (all Dot3D functionality).

Dot3D X:          All scanning features but no export of 3D data outside the Dot3D ecosystem

Dot3D Lite:      Entry-level 3D scanning on Android or Windows tablets. (scene size, features, and photos limited).

Dot3D Edit:      Full-function 3D point cloud editor on Windows or Android devices (no scanning functionality).

Dot3D View:    Free viewer for DotProduct .DP data on Windows or Android. Also available from the Google Play
Store
