Known Issue: Dot3D freezes on Android when connecting an Intel RealSense camera if you've checked the box to "Always open Dot3D when Intel(R) RealSense(TM) Depth Camera ___ is connected" (Do not check this box)
Android only: DO NOT check the box to "Always open Dot3D when Intel(R) RealSense(TM) Depth Camera ___ is connected" when connecting a RealSense camera to your devices. This will result in Dot3D freezing every time you connect that camera if Dot3D is already open, with a white border likely appearing around half the screen while frozen.
However, if you have already checked this box, you have a few options:
1. Plug in your camera before opening Dot3D.
2. Minimize ( III button) or close Dot3D and re-open to immediately resolve the problem in that instance.
3. Uninstall and reinstall Dot3D to reset the prompt, and this time do not check it. Before uninstalling, navigate to Settings>License Info>Change Key to copy your existing key to your clipboard, so it may be pasted back into the new installation.
