Can I switch my Dot3D license between devices?
Each license is tied to the device it is installed on, so unfortunately you cannot switch between devices on your own.
However, in special circumstances (i.e. broken tablet, tablet upgrade, etc.), we can accommodate by request only. If you need to transfer your subscription from one device to another, please simply email
support@dotproduct3d.com to request. Please also include the reason for the change in your request. At that time we will cancel your existing license and issue a new one for your new device, synced with your existing subscription.
