How to Upload Dot3D Scan Data to Cintoo Cloud

Cintoo Cloud is a powerful solution for sharing, processing, and 3D meshing, and more, all from a web platform. This solution is designed for digital twin, BIM, and multi-sensor projects, acting as a single hub for meshing and sharing 3D data over the cloud. Please see below for upload/import instructions:

Step 1:  Press "Create Project"
















Step 2: Fill in desired information about project, and then hit "Create"


Step 3: Go to scans and press "Prepare and upload"


Step 4: Follow the prompt to Download Cintoo Connect (if you haven't already) and then press "Launch Cintoo Connect"


Step 5: Create unified E57 file with merged frames as outlined here: dotproduct.zohodesk.com/portal/en/kb/articles/ccmerge

Step 6: Go back to Cintoo Connect, click "Select input files", select your merged e57 file, and then press "Import"


Step 7: Go back to Cintoo Cloud. your scan should now be imported. you can view it with the "3D View" tab, and can also find it under "Data"
