Troubleshooting: After updating Dot3D it hangs / freezes during start up.
Problem: After updating Dot3D to a new version it hangs or freezes during start up, before getting to the main gallery page.
Solution (Windows): - Uninstall Dot3D,
- Delete the Dot3D installation folder (usually "c:\Program Files\Dot3D") and all its contents.
- Re-install Dot3D.
Solution (Android):
- Make sure you have your license key
- Uninstall the Dot3D App through Settings --> Apps or through the command line ("adb uninstall de.dotproduct.dot3d")
- Re-install the Dot3D App, start and enter the license key again
