Troubleshooting: Connected PrimeSense camera not recognized by Dot3D on Windows
Please make sure:
- To have all the latest Windows Updates installed
- To have a functioning USB port on your tablet (do other connected devices work?)
- To have the latest version of Dot3D installed.
If all the above are the case and the sensor is still not recognized by Dot3D, please try to re-install Dot3D (this will also install or re-install the PrimeSense / OpenNI2 drivers).
