Troubleshooting: Dot3D Camera Connection Issues on Android (Setting MIDI Mode)

Camera connection issues have been reported on some more recent Android versions/devices. The following steps should resolve these problems.

STEP 1: Make sure you're running the latest version of Dot3D: www.dot3d.app/download

STEP 2: Make sure you're running the latest version of Android available for your device (Settings > Software update).

STEP 3 (if steps 1/2 don't resolve the issues): Change Default USB Configuration to MIDI:
          1. Navigate to Settings > About Tablet.
          2. Tab on the build number seven times (to unlock Developer Mode).
          3. Go back to Settings > Developer Options
          4. Change the "Default USB Configuration" to MIDI

STEP 4 (if steps 2/3 don't resolve the issues): Contact DotProduct support with your specific make and model information (support@dotproduct3d.com).
